Important Reminders Before You Start.
- Test First: Always apply ENJO Beeswax to a small, hidden section of the leather bag (such as the inside or bottom) to ensure it reacts well with the material.
- Use Minimal Water: Over-wetting leather can cause damage. Use as little water as possible when cleaning and always dry with an ENJOfil Cloth.
- Check Manufacturer Guidelines: Some designer bags have specific cleaning instructions. Always verify before applying any product.
- Colour Change: When applying ENJO Beeswax to leather there may be a darkening or colour change due to the nourishing effect of the beeswax.

Step 1: Clean Before You Polish
Before applying any polish or wax, it’s essential to clean the bag thoroughly. Dirt, dust, and oils can build up in the grooves and seams, preventing proper absorption of moisturizers.
What You’ll Need:
- ENJO All Purpose Cloth
- Blue Living ENJOfil Cloth – for drying
- Water (just a small amount – we recommend you use the ENJO Spray Bottle to wet your cloth and NOT the bag.)
Lightly dampen the ENJO All Purpose Cloth and gently wipe down the surface of the bag. Focus on areas where dirt accumulates, such as seams and stitching.
Stick to the 3 ENJO steps: Wet, Wipe and Dry. Use the Blue Living Enjofil to wipe the bag dry. This prepares the leather to absorb the ENJO Beeswax for deeper nourishment.
Step 2: Nourish and Polish with ENJO Beeswax
Once the bag is clean and dry, it’s time to restore moisture and shine with ENJO’s natural Beeswax. ENJO Beeswax is made from pure, natural ingredients – safe enough to use on your skin and even your pet’s paws!
How to Apply:
- Take a small amount of ENJO Beeswax on the yellow ENJO Polishing Glove.
- Apply it in circular motions, allowing the leather to absorb the moisture.
- Buff gently to bring out a rich shine and restore softness to the leather.
The Transformation
Even if discoloration persists, the leather will feel softer, smoother, and deeply nourished. The difference is striking – from dull and dry to glossy and refreshed!
