SHIPPING DELIVERY RATES
There is AED 25 delivery charge on all orders inside Dubai. Shipping charges outside of Dubai, within the UAE will be AED 45. ENJO ships internationally as well.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
All orders are picked and packed within 1-2 days.
Shipping in Dubai is between 1-2 business days, it can take longer in remote areas, with the exception where an order may be placed on backorder. Backorders will be released where stock is made available. If no one is home to receive your delivery, you will be left with a card to notify you that your goods will be left at your local post office for collection.
ENJO or its transport agents will deliver the goods on the understanding that whoever receives the goods at the delivery address is authorized to receive the goods. ENJO and its transport agents may require a signature of the person accepting delivery as proof of delivery.
WARRANTY
All ENJO cleaning fibres have a six month warranty against faulty workmanship.
All ENJO Hardware including the Floorcleaner, Multi Tool, Window Cleaner 20cm and 32cm, Spray Bottle and Flexi have a two Years warranty against faulty workmanship.
All products are only covered when used for their intended purpose and cared for in the way prescribed in the Care Instructions Card included with your order or at www.enjo.com.au. Please keep your Invoice as proof of purchase is required to make a claim.

The returns form must be completed and returned with the goods. Returns are to be made through regular postage option. Return postage and handling costs will be covered by ENJO when shipped within Dubai.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are so confident you will love your ENJO products that if you are not completely satisfied with your ENJO purchase or if any product does not perform as claimed, or is damaged / faulty, ENJO will replace the product or refund your money, for a period of up to 15 days after purchase.* If the option of a refund is selected original freight costs will not be refunded.

When you receive your parcel, you will find enclosed your purchase and a packing slip outlining your purchased items.
If you wish to return an item, it must be returned with the Tax Invoice which is emailed after completion of purchase, and all returns information filled out on the form supplied by ENJO or your personal ENJOpreneur.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Exchanges are only available for products of an equal AED value.
* Please note that if you purchase any ENJO Bundle or special and decide within your 15 day period that you are not satisfied with a particular product, the entire Bundle or special contents will be credited and each individual item will be invoiced accordingly.
