Types of materials

Polyester, acrylic, polyamide, viscose and cotton.

Oeko-tex certified

Our fibres are free from harmful and toxic substances.

Fibre type

Only 30% of ENJO Fibres are what’s defined as ‘microfibre’, the majority of our products are made up of our unique fibres and weaves known as ENJOtex fibres.

Fibre weaves

Depending on the cleaning surface and purpose, our fibres contain a different mix of raw materials and have a different weave.

Weft knitted

Weft knitted fabrics follow a loopy path which makes them heavier but also more transparent. They have the most elasticity and the ability to fit form.

Woven

Woven materials weaving process involves the interlacing of two sets of threads at right angles to each other and are structurally stable.

Warp knitted

Warp knitted threads are held in parallel to the loom, the meshes of warp knit have a high level of elasticity but the high tensions means they are tighter and more stable than weft knitted.

Tufted

Tufted textile weaving involves stitching thread through a backing cloth, creating long loops of fibre that are extremely textured.

Why not use natural fibres?

Our raw materials have been carefully selected as they can be engineered to clean effectively without the need for harsh chemicals, and can do so for much longer than natural fibres.

Committed to clean and cleaning products

We offset the emissions generated to create our products with reforestation projects, and recycle old fibres to prevent waste.
